How to play.
Your case tells you who you’re pretending to be and which fictional details you need. Get them before the call ends.
Open a case file.
Use Change case to preview the customer, cover story, objective and difficulty before starting. The first 21 cases are free.
Pick up and talk.
Allow your microphone and speak naturally. The clock waits during microphone setup and Grandma’s replies. A pause at the end of your thought sends your words automatically. If speech recognition is unavailable, use Type instead inside the call.
Give her a reason to believe you.
Her trust responds to your explanation and how consistently you follow it. A friendly chat can help, but you still have a job to do. Pressure, contradictions and repeatedly asking for details can make her suspicious enough to hang up.
Enter what she gives you.
Fill the objective panel with the card details, code, reference or recovery words she says, then submit. Do not enter real personal information. A security follow-up can add time; the question appears beside the objective.
Choose your shift.
Easy cases allow a shorter, more forgiving conversation. Medium cases need a clearer explanation and follow-through. Hard cases allow more time and may require a security answer. You do not have to reach a universal trust percentage to win.
Phone controls.
Pause holds the clock and microphone. Sound effects control ringing. With spoken interruptions enabled and headphones on, you can speak over a reply; the Interrupt button is also available. On smaller screens, Call, Transcript and Objective are separate tabs.
Free provider capacity is reserved before a call. Busy periods or provider outages can still interrupt availability; the game does not charge an AI fee or silently switch to a paid service.
