Game terms.

Grand Theft Grandma is an independent fictional satire game by Stack Dating Inc. Its title uses parody and wordplay. All in-game characters, institutions, calls, card numbers, recovery phrases, and security answers are invented. Gameplay does not make real phone calls, transfer money, access accounts, or control computers. Optional case-file purchases at Stripe involve a real payment.

Use

This game is for adults aged 18 and over. Play with fictional information only. Do not submit real personal or financial details, use the service to target real people, or interfere with other players or the service. The game is not financial advice or guidance for real-world deception.

Conversation and voice

Groq or Google Gemini generates new conversation replies; the game applies its own trust and objective rules. Generated speech uses Pocket TTS on your device with a fixed voice reference for each customer, not a recording selection. Either generation or recognition can make mistakes. If the free allowance or connection is unavailable, the clock pauses. Brief interruptions retry automatically up to twice while the call is visible and active; longer outages require Retry reply. There is no paid AI fallback or trial. The 21 original cases remain free. Optional Side Hustles case files are a separate one-time purchase when checkout is available.

Optional extra cases

Side Hustles contains two additional case files: The Membership Desk and Cold Call Capital. The listed price is $2.99 USD once for both, plus any tax shown by Stripe. It is not a subscription. The purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to play the two listed case files through this site, subject to availability; it does not transfer ownership of game assets. Checkout is offered only when the game’s payment and access service is open. Payment unlocks these case files; it does not purchase real financial products, waive shared AI capacity limits, or guarantee uninterrupted service. The original 21 cases remain free. Purchase access is remembered in the buying browser. Clearing cookies, changing devices or moving to a new site domain can remove automatic recognition; keep your Stripe receipt and use Side Hustles → Restore purchase to recognize a new browser without another payment. AI calls need a supported browser and region, available free-provider capacity and a working connection; purchasing does not reserve an always-available AI service. For missing access, use Side Hustles → Restore purchase with your Stripe receipt; no game account or email to the operator is needed.

Final sales and payment issues

All sales are final except where a refund, withdrawal or other remedy is required by applicable law or the payment provider’s applicable terms. We do not offer discretionary refunds for a change of mind. This policy does not exclude rights for non-delivery, materially defective or misdescribed content, unauthorized payments, duplicate charges or other non-waivable consumer rights. Access restoration and a refund are different: restoring an eligible purchase does not charge you again. An issued full refund revokes the corresponding case unlock. The title’s wordplay does not represent an official connection to another game or franchise. The fictional stock case is entertainment only; it offers no real securities, trades, investment recommendations or promised returns. Progress and availability

Only submitted, matching objectives count as wins. Scores have no cash value and stay in the current browser. Legacy unverified scores are not counted. Each call allows up to 18 exchanges and reserves up to 40 AI requests, including retries and recovery, for up to 30 minutes. Unused requests are released when you leave or end the call. Up to four calls may run simultaneously across two separately budgeted Gemini models. Each call reserves 20 requests on each qualified model, up to 40 total. If one model fails, a successful recovery model is preferred for the rest of the call using the same conversation state and voice. Replies share a per-model rate counter while player timers are held. Capacity checks can keep new calls from starting. Provider outages remain possible. Service availability, free provider limits, and browser support can change. The game is provided as available; nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
